What I Cook When I Don't Wanna Cook...Mississippi Pot Roast Sliders

There I said it. I don't always feel like cookin'. If your evenings look anything like ours — running from basketball practice to games and back home late — then you know there's not much time (or energy) left for cooking. That's exactly why I love a slow cooker recipe.
When I know it's going to be a busy night, I put a Weiler Beef Chuck or Pot Roast (click here to get yours) in the slow cooker earlier in the day, add a few seasoning, BUTTER, and a little liquid. That's it! It cooks while we're gone, and dinner is basically waiting on us whenever we walk through the door.
Once the roast is done, all that's left is shredding the beef and piling it onto slider buns with a little mayo and cheese. No standing at the stove. No complicated steps. Just a filling meal you can assemble in minutes — for game-day food, or dinner.
I've dropped a printable recipe card below so you can keep it handy for your next busy night.😊
