One of those "Oh crap, what am I gonna make for Dinner" moments...

As you can imagine, Spring is super busy on the farm. The kids are still in school, playing sports and we are just getting into Spring calving! Oftentimes, the days turn into evenings pretty fast, and if there's no plan for dinner we find ourselves eatin' sandwiches, cereal, and other not optimal dinner items, lol.


Searching for recipes that easily can be ate in a field; whether it's a ball field or the cow field is optimum. So here's one I enjoy, and I bet you will too. It comes together pretty easy with just a few staple ingredients.
