OUR RATES: $5.25/lb + $300 Deposit upon order (Deposit will be deducted at final invoice)

 

*CUT & WRAP to be paid separately by customer to meat shop at time of pick up.  Cut & Wrap prices are specific to each meat shop. The average price for cut & wrap is $385-$420.

 

Farm-direct beef is purchased based on the hanging weight of $5.25/lb + Cut & Wrap*. 

 

Hanging weight is the weight of the carcass which your custom processor hangs in the walk-in freezer for the dry-aging period.  This is the last time the beef is weighed.  This allows for accurate pricing.

 

Once the carcass has been aged the custom processor cuts the sides of beef into steaks, roasts, stew meat, and ground beef.  Next, the meat is wrapped for flash freezing.  Although every beef is unique, in general, the amount of frozen, wrapped, freezer-ready beef is approximately 62% of the hanging weight.

 

When you purchase your beef direct from the farm for processing, you are responsible for full payment upon pick-up or delivery.  There is a $300 deposit to reserve your order and Weiler Beef is not responsible for processing or packaging.  All orders are final and non-refundable.

Delivery is offered up to 60 miles of the farm for a delivery fee of $100.  Otherwise, you will pick up your beef from your preferred processor.  Shipping is currently unavailable.
