This recipe turns brisket into tender slices of beef and a delicious au jus. To get very thin slices of beef, chill the brisket first, then slice and reheat in the juices.
I am guilty of reaching for the same usual cuts of beef from the freezer; I can usually rattle off a recipe for ground beef or a no-brainer steak on the grill. One of the nice things about having a variety of beef in the freezer, is it gets me thinking outside of the box.
Brisket is one of those cuts. It can easily be popped in the slow cooker for juicy, tender slices of beef dipped in the Au Jus it's been cooking in all day. I just love a good slow cooker receipe. I found just the recipe to fit that description↓

I'm big into simple and straightforward when it come to getting a "healthy" meal on the table for my family. That can often mean the slow cooker, as I just don't have the time for more complicated recipes with multiple steps.
Along with some beef broth, (you can make your own here), this brisket from our Farm Store will save you a trip through the drive thru and guarantee a healthy, delcious homecooked meal!
